Refund Policy

Eligible Items

We offer return and refund for defective, or damaged products, but the product must be undamaged, unworn, and unused with tags still attached within 14-days of receiving the product.

Request Window

Customers have 14 days to request a return after receiving their order.

Request Process

To request a return, please contact our customer support (customercare@teknetic.com) and provide a reason for the return, and to provide the order number. You will also be responsible to return the item to the factory in its original condition, with all tags and packaging within 14-days of receiving the order.

Processing Time

Returns typically take 5-7 business days to process. Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to process from the date of receiving the returned product.
